Operating system
Rock Pi 4 works with systems such as Debian, Ubuntu and Android. The memory carrier can be a microSD card, eMMC memory or SSD M.2.

Rock Pi 4 model A communication
Rock Pi is equipped with basic communication interfaces that are foundin PCs. The user is at his disposal:
- Two USB 2.0 and 3.0 connectors each- to connect peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, WiFi card or USB flash drive. If there are not enough ports, an externalUSB HUBcan always be connected.
- Gigabit Ethernet socket- can be directlyconnected to the LAN.
- GPIO 2 x 20 pin- general purpose inputs/outputs that can be used to operate electronic components. Among them there are pins supporting I2C, SPI and UART interfaces.
- MicroSD slot- a slot for a microSD memory card, on which the operating system can be installed.
- CSI and DSI connector- sockets for camera and display. Rock Pi iscompatiblewith Raspberry Picamerasanddisplay.

Power supply for Rock Pi 4 model A
The minicomputer is powered via USB type C with 5 V and 3 A. It can also be powered from 9 V to 20 V and 2 A via USB PD (Power Delivery). The device is also compatible with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 / 3.0. Rock Pi can be battery powered via the JST connector.
Rock Pi has amicroSD memory cardslot. The card is not included in the package and can be purchased separately.
