Description: Zortrax Apoller
Intelligent device for automatic surface smoothing of 3D printout models with fumes. Verysimpleandquickto use, the whole process takes about 3 hours. It has a touch screen. Provides complete safety during work, has EuropeanATEX certificate. It guarantees even surface smoothing every time, regardless of their shape or size. Two solvents areused during work- acetone or butanone (MEK),which whenheatedreleasefumes that smooth objects, 3D models in a controlled way.
3D printersmake their models sometimes even very rough. This is irrelevant to the functionality of the components, but the appearance of the surface itself and how it is presented gives a lot to be desired. The laborious grinding of details, the application of a special resin or putty is not effective or cost-effective in some cases (e.g. elements with cavities, with a complicated geometry), so the best solution here is to use vapor smoothing.
SVS technology(Smart Vapor Smoothing)
The method of smoothing out all parts equally evenly on all sides, regardless of geometry or moving parts. This is achieved by controlled and fully automatic management of the temperature, pressure and vapour density of the solvents used in the machine chamber. The fumes are raised during operation to cover each part evenly. In addition, all delicate and small parts are automatically covered with less solvent so as not to damage them. Finally, the condensation system collects excess solvent, which can be used again.
Compatible with FDM / FFF type 3D printers
Zortrax Apoller allows you to smooth the surface of models printed on any 3D printer equipped withFDM, FFF, LPD and LPD Plustechnology. Zortrax is adapted to ABS, HIPS,ASA-basedfilaments regardless of manufacturer.

Security System
The device uses an advanced safety system and a vapour circulation system. It has theEuropean ATEX certificate. Vapours emitted during operation are tightly closed in the chamber behind two gaskets, which maintain appropriate pressure inside. This makes it safe to use at all times, even for untrained users.
ATEX certificate- European Union Directive, which defines the essential requirements to be met by every product intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. All requirements are written in the standards related to this directive.ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU (until 19.04.2016 94/9/EC) requiresCEmarking.
