Product description: SafeHAUS SHG-01 Natural Gas Sensor - 230 V
The SHG-01 sensorby SAFEHAUS is designed to monitor rooms for escaping natural gas. It is powered by 230 V. The sensor has a certificate confirming that it meets the requirements of the Polish standard EN50194-1:2009, whichallows it to be installed not only in homes but also in commercial and service premises. In case of gas detectionan optical-acoustic alarmis activated.

Installation of SafeHAUS SHG-01 natural gas sensor - 230 V
As the gas from the gas installation is lighter than air in the event of a leak, it starts to collect under the ceiling and fill the room from above, so the sensor should be installed about 30 cm from the ceiling in a place where air movement will not be disturbed. Also make sure not to installthe sensor:
- Directly above kitchen appliances (gas stove, cooker, burner, etc.).
- In external areas
- In an enclosed space (e.g. a loose cabinet behind a curtain)
- Directly above the sink and in humid places
- Next to doors and windows
- Next to the exhaust fan or hood
- In places where the temperature may fall below -10 °C or exceed 40 °C
- In places where dirt and dust can clog the device

If an alarm sounds, be calm and do the following:
- Switch off all gas appliances
- Open doors and windows to increase ventilation
- Do not turn on or off any electrical devices, including gas detectors
- Switch off the gas supply by shutting off the main valve in the building
- Do not use the phone in a gas room
- Contact the gas service or its supplier
