The module provides communication with the Lora 868 MHz network, wi-fi, SigFox, Bluetooth BLE and LTE M1. It is based on Linux, with support for Python developers. There is a system ESP32 with 4 MB RAM and 8 MB Flash memory. 22 lines GPIO, interfaces: 2x UART, 2x SPI, I2C, A/C and C/A converter enable the connection of any sensors and creating the Internet of Things (IoT).

Description

The module provides communication with the Lora 868 MHz network, wi-fi, SigFox, Bluetooth BLE and LTE M1. It is based on Linux, with support for Python developers. There is a system ESP32 with 4 MB RAM and 8 MB Flash memory. 22 lines GPIO, interfaces: 2x UART, 2x SPI, nanoSIM, 8 channels ofA/C converter and 2 channel of 8-bitC/A converter. In addition, there are 2x 64-bit timers and 16PWM channels. All of themenable the connection of any sensors and creating the Internet of Things (IoT).

First run

To start working with the module you need to download Pymak environment from the manufacturer's website, connect with FiPy and create your own program or use existing samples.

 

Accessories

Question: Is the "FiPy ESP32" module compatible with the "PyCom PYGATE868 - LoRaWAN 868MHz gateway", and can it be used to build a LoRaWAN gateway
Answer: Unfortunately, the module is not compatible with this gateway.
