The kit includes the FLIR Lepton FS thermal camera and the FLIR Lepton Smart I/O Board adapter for easy connection. This version of PureThermal 3 comes with a 160 x 120 px non-radiometric thermal micro camera module that has reduced thermal sensitivity and limited dynamic range. It comes pre-configured as a plug-and-play USB thermal UVC 1.0 webcam that also works with standard webcam applications such as VLC Media Player, Linux, Mac and Android.
PureThermal 3 is equipped with an STM32F412 ARM microprocessor for image processing. User can get 9Hz color video via USB using USB UVC class.
