Product description: Sonoff S55 - smart socket in hermetic housing
Intelligent socket in a hermetichousing.The product is designed for installation in places where the socket may be flooded, which may result in a short circuitin theinstallation or even electrocution.It will work well as a power sourceoutsidethe building. The socket outlet has aWiFimodule, thanks to which we can manage the work of the outlet from any place.
To assemble and mount the socket we use screws and plastic pins included in the set.
Remote communication with the socket
The eWeLink application, known to all Sonoff product owners, is used to manage the socket.Afterconnecting to a network withInternet access,Sonoffdevices send information about their status in real time to the so-called cloud,i.e. an external server prepared by the manufacturer. This server is also connected to our eWeLink application,with which we can check the status of our device and change this status. From the application level, we can also establish schedules that will automate the operation of the product or use otherdevices on the network, whichwill control the operation of the socket under certain conditions. The socket is also compatible with Google and Amazonvoiceassistants.
Inside the casing there is a module for communication.
