Attention! Production of the Genuino 101 tile has been completed. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the offer ofother modules from Arduino series. |
Description
Arduino compatible module equipped with 32-bitIntel Curie microcontrollerwith x86 Quark architecture and ARC 32-bit 32 MHz. It has 196 kB of flash memory, 24 kB SRAM, 14 digital inputs/outputs of which 4 can be used as PWM channels, 6 analog inputs and popular communication interfaces. The outputs work with a voltage of 3.3 V but tolerate 5 V. The board also has a Bluetooth LE module and an accelerometer and gyroscope.

Main features
Below are some of the features that distinguish Genuino modules from other programmable tiles.
The name | Description |
---|---|
Installed bootloader |
Thanks to the installed bootloader, the appropriateUSB cable andsoftware from the manufactureris sufficient to program the device. |
Arduino Shield |
The layout of connectors enables installation of dedicatedArduino Shieldcovers. |
Built-in modules | On the plate are: 6-axis accelerometer and gyroscope and Low Energy Bluetooth. |
Microcontroller | The board has a 32-bitIntel Curiechipwith ARC x86 (Quark) architecture, clocked at 32 MHz. It has 196 kB of flash memory and 24 kB SRAM. |
Quotes . digital |
14 digital inputs/outputs enable, among other things, to control LEDs, relays and read button statuses.Although the outputs work with 3.3 V, they also tolerate 5 V. |
Capacity Current |
The maximum current capacity of a single output is 20 mA. |
Outputs PWM |
4 PWM outputs allow e.g. for motor control and diode brightness adjustment. |
Inputs analogue |
6 inputs of the built-in 10-bit analogue-to-digital converter support, among others, sensors with analogue output. |
Communication serial |
The device supports popular communication interfaces, among others: UART, I2C (TWI) and SPI. |
Special functions | Some pins have special functions, a brief description of which is available on the manufacturer's website. |
Memory Embedded |
The Intel Curie chip is clocked with a 32 MHz signal, has 196 kB of flash memory and 24 kB of SRAM. |
Power supply DC connector |
Any power supplyfrom 7 V to 12 V with a 5.5 x 2.1 mm DC connector can be used to power Genuino. |
Power supply USB port |
The board can be powered from a computer viaa USB cable witha maximum current capacity of 500 mA. Arduino has a system that protects the socket against short circuit and too high current flow. |
Connector . ICSP |
The module has ICSP outputs to connect an externalAVR programmer. |
Pin IOREF |
The IOREF pin allows for direct access to the voltage with which the I/O outputs work. |
Built-in LED |
The connected LED on pin 13 allows debugging of simple programs. |
Output 3,3 V |
The built-in voltage regulator enables external devices to be supplied with 3.3 V with current consumption of up to 1500 mA. |
