The 8-bit I/O bi-directional I2C bus expander is designed to operate withVCC from 2.3V to 5.5V. It offers universal general purpose I/O extensions that are supported by mostmicrocontrollerssupporting I2C interface. For communication with the main module, the expander uses theGroveconnection cable (dedicated cable included).
