Description
Micro:bit is development board on 32-bit CPU with core ARM Cortex M0 produced by BBC in order to attract children to program and the create new projects. It has an accelerometer, magnetometer, Bluetooth, LED display 5x5, buttons tact switch and other. Module dimensions - 52 x 43 mm.
The module can be powered by USB or battery via special connector. It has 23 connectors, including 5 large banana connectors.
Programming
The programming of the tile is very simple and adjusted for the youngest of users. Micro:bit can be programmed inthe web editor,the microbit editor orthe Mu editor. Then simply connect the module via USB and upload created script. Device, when connected to the computer, appears as an ordinary Flash memory.
The Bluetooth service allows for connection with mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc. Applications for OSAndroidandiOS are available.
