Product description: Case for Raspberry Pi 4B - Cooler Master Pi Case 40
Aluminium housing for Raspberry Pi 4B created by Cooler Master. Despite its closed design, the housing allows access to all the connectors of the mini-computer and the camera tape. Additionally, the adapter located inside the housing leads out the GPIO connectors in such a way that they are accessible on one of the side walls. All Raspberry connectors are protected by an additional TPU cover. The metal construction also acts as a heat sink that effectively dissipates heat from the CPU. In the case of this product, the Raspberry Pi is a plastic plate with appropriate mounting holes. They enable stable mounting of the mini-computer in the enclosure and mounting brackets compatible with VESA 75 / 100. Moreover, the enclosure is equipped with a programmable button, which by default acts as a power button.
The aluminum construction of the housing perfectly dissipates heat generated by the minicomputer.

Another great advantage of the chassis is the application prepared by Cooler Master company, with the help of which we can continuously monitor the parameters of our raspberry, such as processor temperature and frequency, RAM consumption and system load. The main function of the software are ready-made profiles, with the help of which we can additionally increase the efficiency of our minicomputer by 10%, 20% and 30% respectively. This application is also used for programming the button on the casing, which after appropriate setting can, among others, run a script or a specific page in the browser. Installation of Pi Tool application is very easy - just run the system terminal on Raspberry Pi and then type the following commands:
