Description
PHAT Speaker is a shield for the Raspberry Pi mounted directly on the GPIO connectors of minicomputer. The device has a module I2S DAC and 10-bar indicator. The kit also includes a small speaker of 8 Ω 2 W. Shield can be connected with an USB microphone to create a small assistant activated by voice, in the style of Amazon Echo, or to create a simple API Flask interface and send to it an audio notification with IFTTT, via an HTTP request.
The set includes shield Speaker pHAT along with accessories, minicomputerRaspberry Pi and cardmicroSDcan be bought separately.

The set contains the goldpin strap of 2x20pin, speaker and mounting screws for self-assembly and soldering. Seethe installation instructions for the speaker. |
For installation, you must use all supplied screws and nuts so the board do not touch the Raspberry which can lead to damage of the system.
