Product description: SparkFun USB Host Shield - frontend for Arduino
Overlay for Arduino modules that allows to connect and operate any USB device. It works with: cameras, Bluetooth modules, mass memory, keyboards and many other systems.
SparkFun USB Host Shield - overlay for Arduino.
Shield connects to Arduino via SPI interface (pins D10 - D13). The chip that controls the USB bus is MAX34241. The module is powered from Arduino VIN pin. Standard, stabilized voltage of 5V is supplied to USB socket.

- Built-in 5V voltage regulator - LM1117 chip
- Built-in voltage converter
