Description

Overlay toArduinofor data transfer via RS485 protocol. Although RS485 is an archaic bus, it has some features that distinguish it from newer interfaces. It allows to connect up to 32 devices on the same line up to 1 km long with maximum speed up to 10 Mbps. The module is based on MAX481CSA chip.

The board has a goldpin strip and ARK screw connector for connecting transmission line wires. Arduino compatible connectors are included in the set for self-soldering.
