Printhead and autocalibration system in Zmorph Lab

The device for moulding 3D models was equipped with a print head with a built-in felt sensor. Thanks to this solution, the printed model will not be damaged in case of lack of filament, its break or tangles on the spool. The autocalibration system makes 3D printing easier even for novice users.

Equipped with borosilicate glass

Zmorph Lab is a 3D printer made in Poland. The working table was covered with extremely flat borosilicate glass, which can heat up to 115°C. The use of this type of glass, in combination with high temperature, provides better adhesion of the first layer of the created model, with more advanced materials such as ABS, or TPE. Zmorph Lab works with almost every material available on the market.

Convenient user interface and high quality electronics in Zmorph

The device is equipped with an accessible and intuitive user interface, friendly for both professionals and beginners. High quality electronics and carefully programmed stepper motor drivers are responsible for the quiet work of the printer. The use of high quality components makes the work with the device pleasant and not burdensome.

HEPA air filter and SMART extruder

3D printer is equipped with a removable carbon / HEPA filter, which absorbs harmful fumes and particles released during 3D printing. The device automatically detects the installed head. There is a sensor built into the printer head, which will inform you to replace the spool of material when it runs out.

Zmorph software

The manufacturer of the printer has prepared open source software for creating gcode of the 3D file. The software contains customized advanced settings for the Zmorph Lab printer, and the friendly user interface allows for free and pleasant work.
