IPA(isopropyl alcohol) - very flammable, with an irritant smell of alcohol. Its fumes can lead to poisoning, requires the use of protective gloves because it can irritate the skin. It needs a special container, an instrument in which printed items can be bathed.
In late 2018, Zortrax presented its first3D photopolymer printer - Inkspireandwith it, a dedicated 3D print washer - Zortrax Ultrasonic Cleaner - has also beenlaunched.It is very simple to use and makes working with a 3D printer very easy.
How to use Zortrax Ultrasonic Cleaner
There isan on/off switch on the back of the machine and a start button and a timer on the front. Whenthe washer is switched on, it starts to vibrate and heat up the alcohol to about 40°C. Gently insert the item into the washer and wait up to 10 minutes. Then remove the item from the washer and place it on paper or other disposable material to dry.It is mandatoryto carry out all operationswith gloves.
