Product description: 3D printer - Zortrax Inkspire
Zortrax 3D printer designed for printing 175 x 132 x 74 mm elements. The dimensions are 420 x 210 x 210 mm.UV technology andliquidlight-curingresin are used for printing.The printer allows to print e.g. dental elements.
Zortrax Inskspire works with Zortrax resins and all 405 nm wavelength resins. In the printer settings there is a "External Resins" section where you can manually set all print parameters recommended by the resin manufacturer. You can save the selected settings so that you do not re-enter them each time.
Main features of Zortraxa Inkspire
- Microscopic precision- the smallest element that Inkspire can print is a 50 x 50 x 25 micron perpendicular.
- Constant speed -the speed of 20 - 36 mm/h is maintained at all times, regardless of the size of the work area filling.
- Compatible resins- the printer supports all resins with a wavelength not exceeding 405 nm.
- Flexible settings -settings such as exposure time of a layer or gaps between layers can be changed in real time.
UV LCD technology
There are two 3D printing techniques from photopolymer resin: SLA andDLP.In the case of the SLA technique, the print accuracy remains constant, but the speed is the opposite of the amount of workspace occupied by the model. With DLP, the speed is fixed, but the print precision decreases as the amount of workspace used increases. Zortax UV LCD ensures constant speed and print precision, regardless of how much workspace is in use.
Zortrax Inkspire series production
Zortrax Inkspire printers can be combined to create a 3D printing ink. A single Zortrax printer can produce 77 HDMI caps in 1.5 hours, so 30 connected printers can offer an approximate monthly production capacity of 360,000 to over 500,000 parts, depending on changes in farm operation.

Surgical precision and attention to detail
The pixel size of Zortrax Inkspire is 50 x 50 microns and the minimum layer height is 25 microns, allowing you to print 3D models without visible layers or visible vertical lines. The printer is designed to print very detailed models. Due to the microscopic size of the 50 x 50 x 25 micron cubic models created, the Inkspire can be up to 9 times more precise than the laser point of 3D SLA printers.
Z-SUITE 2 software
Z-SUITE 2 is a convenient software that allows you to prepare your models for 3D printing with a wide range of tools and facilities.
- Planned breaks- the software calculates how much resin is needed to print each layer of the model and allows you to plan a pause exactly when you need to fill the container.
- Intelligent supports- the model and support can be set independently of the UV curing time.
- Remote control- monitor, pause and remotely resume prints on any printer connected to the same WiFi network.

The Zortrax Inkspire printer is compatible with all available materials for M series printers. The improved extruder allows for printing with more demanding filaments, such as flex.
Zortax Resin PRO
Epoxy resin with increased impact and bending strength. It offers short exposure time, high level of detail and ease of post-processing.
Zortax Resin FLEXIBLE
An epoxy resin that to some extent returns to its shape after deformation. It provides smooth surfaces, a high level of detail and precise edge reproduction.
Zortrax Resin DENTAL MODEL
Precision photopolymer resin that feels like plaster to the touch. It provides a very high level of detail, suitable for accurate modelling of gums and teeth. It is not biocompatible and is not suitable for oral use.
Zortrax Resin BASIC
The epoxy resin guarantees high precision and very good mechanical properties. It is durable, easy to paint and requires short exposure times.
Product description: Zortrax Ultrasonic Cleaner
A device for removing excess resin when creating 3D models. The device uses high-frequency sounds that are heard in a cleaning fluid such as IPA to remove unnecessary resinresidues.
