Product description: 3D printer - Zortrax Inventure
Zortrax 3D printer designed to print elements with dimensions of 135 x 135 x 130 mm. The dimensions are 405 x 350 x 345 mm. Twonozzlesare used for printing, which alternately deposit the base and support material. The support materialis water soluble.
Zortrax Inventure has a soluble support system, a closed heating chamber and a HEPA filter. The printer uses special cartridges as printing material.
Main features of the Zortrax Inventure printer
- Dual extruder - Inventureuses two pillars at once: one material prints the model and the other is a water-soluble support material.
- Closed print chamber -Fully controlled 3D printing conditions provide a virtually isolated working platform.
- HEPA filter- the filter traps more than 99% of the particles released during printing, including those below 100 nm.
- Intelligent cartridges - ZortraxInveture handles materials in the form of easily replaceable cartridges that inform about the type of material and its potential lack.
Soluble support material for 3D printer
Zortrax Inventure uses three different types of water-soluble support materials: Z-SUPPORT, Z-SUPPORT Plus and Z-SUPPORT Premium. Once the printing process is complete, the support material can be removed without having to manually separate the support structures from the model.
Zortrax Inventure support materials
The printer uses three different water soluble materials: Z-SUPPORT, Z-SUPPORT Plus and Z-SUPPORT Premium. All materials are biodegradable and require no solvent.
Support | Model | Work tray |
---|---|---|
Z-SUPPORT | Z-PETG | Build Tray (White) |
Z-PLA | ||
Z_SEMIFLEX | ||
Z-SUPPORT Plus | Z-ULTRAT Plus | Build Tray Plus (Black) |
Z-SUPPORT Premium | All the philanthropy | Depends on the filament |
The Z-SUPPORT is compatible with the standard work tray included with the Zortrax Inventure. The Black Build Tray Plus is recommended for printing with Z-ULTRAT Plus and Z-SUPPORT Plus due to higher print temperatures. Z-SUPPORT Premium is compatible with all base films, so the tray type depends on the printing temperature of the base film.
Z-SUPPORT
Soluble PVA support material designed for temperatures of approx. 180°C. It is compatible with Z-PLA, Z-PETG and Z-SEMIFLEX.
Z-SUPPORT Plus
PVA-based material designed for printing at temperatures up to 245 °C. It is compatible with Z-ULTRAT Plus, an ABS-based filament.
Z-SUPPORT Premium
Supporting material based on BVOH. Works with any base material for Zortrax Inventure, dissolves quickly and leaves no trace.
Z-SUITE 2 software
Z-SUITE 2 is a convenient software that allows you to prepare your models for 3D printing with a wide range of tools and facilities.
- Intuitive model processing - loada 3D file and the program will automatically convert it to a ready to print model.
- Thin Wall Detection- The Z-SUITE 2 will automatically detect too thin walls that can cause problems during the printing process.
- Multiple infill variants- Various infill variants provide strength and reduce material consumption.
- Model overlay- faster production process thanks to water-soluble supports. Many models can be applied in one printout.
Available materials for Zortrax Inventure
The Zortrax M200 Plus printer is compatible with all available materials for M series printers. The improved extruder allows for printing with more demanding filaments, such as flex.
Z-SEMIFLEX
Semi-flexible thermoplastic that bends without breaking under pressure. The material is an excellent choice for producing flexible parts.
Z-PETG
PET film mixed with glycol to make it more durable and less prone to shrinkage. It is highly resistant to acids, alkalis and oils.
Z-PLA
An environmentally friendly philanthropy made of biodegradable material. Recommended for printing complicated models with a lot of details because it has an almost zero shrinkage factor.
Z-ULTRAT Plus
ABS-based material designed to reduce material shrinkage and achieve better grip.
Product description: Zortrax DSS Station
Zortrax DSS is an automatic device for removing soluble support structures printed from PVA or BVOH watersolublefilaments. The device has a time display, temperature display, function buttons for temperature control, power button, top cover, rotor, rinsing basket, handles, electrical socket with switch and water drain valve.
DSS system, reduces the need for manual removal of support, allows3D printersoffer great comfort of use. DSS is a fluid flow station which is designed to dissolve the medium. You can leave the printed item in the water for a few hours and it will be left without any residue. This process is completely hands-free, so we can save your time.
