Filament ASA(acrylonitrile- styrene - acrylate) innatural colour, produced by Fiberlogy.The ASA material is characterized by high resistance to high temperatures and humidity. It combines high mechanical strength with ease of printing. The printing material reeled on the spool has a weight of 0.75 kg. The spool on which the filament is wound is in two different versions sent randomly.

Properties of the ASA Fiberlogy ASA filament
- It has a high mechanical strength (it prints electronic circuit housings and sports protectors, among others)
- It is UV-resistant
- Compared to ABS, it is characterized by low emissions of unpleasant odors generated during printing
- It shows a much smaller shrinkage than ABS, so it does not require a heated printer workspace. Increased adhesion prevents the model from "rolling up".
- They are characterized by high color fastness
- It is resistant to temperatures up to 94°C
- Prints from ASA can be smoothed and glued with acetone. The finished model can also be sanded and painted.
Printing instructions
- Printing with ASA does not require a closed working chamber
- Manufacturer's recommended supply air settings: up to 25%
- Flowrate value: from 90% to 100%
- Type of substrate: glass,kaptontape
- Retraction settings:
- for Direct extruders: 1 to 2 mm
- for Bowden extruders: 4 to 6 mm
- Suggested retraction speed: 20 to 45 m/s
- When printing in an unheated chamber, it is recommended to avoid draughts and sudden gusts of air directed at the emerging model.
- Suggested supply air settings: up to 25%
- Retraction: from 2 mm to 3 m
