Product description: 3D printer - Trilab DeltiQ 2
A delta-type 3D printer made of high-quality components. It enables the forming of three-dimensional models with a maximum diameter of 250 mm and a height of 300 mm . DeltiQ 2 uses the Tripple Lock system, which stiffens the device frame and makes it resistant to vibration. The print head has an optimized weight, thanks to which it does not overload the entire structure. 32-bit motherboard ensures stable and efficient operation of the device.
Presentation of the Trilab DeltiQ 2 3D printer .
E3D Titan extruder
DeltiQ 2 uses the replaceable E3D Titan extruder based on the Bowden system. The extruder is efficient, characterized by stable operation. The presented 3D printer also supports Zesty Nimble - Flex Print extruders ( not included ), which are designed to work with flexible filaments.
Increased work stability
The excellent quality of the models obtained with DeltiQ 2 is largely due to the Triple Lock system used in the presented printer, which ensures almost perfect fitting of parts. Its main task is to stiffen the structural frame of the device.
Light print head
Due to the placement of the extruder motor on the frame of the device, the weight of the print head has been optimized. It does not overload the structure of the device. The effect of this solution is a very high speed of 3D printing with the best possible quality.
PrintPad Sheets
Replaceable PrintPad sheets allow for easy removal of finished prints without the risk of damaging the formed model. The surface of the overlay is characterized by very good adhesion.
Two types of extruders
The DeltiQ 2 3D printer allows you to use two easily replaceable extruders. One of them is the Bowden E3D Titan, which provides excellent surface quality for 3D prints. Zesty Nimble - Flex Print ( not included ) is a solution designed for flexible filaments .
DeltiQ printer control 2
Trilab DeltiQ 2 enables control via a wireless DeltaControl display with an additional hub equipped with a charger. Thanks to the HD resolution, the element is extremely legible. It also has an intuitive interface. Alternatively, the user can use the WebControl interface which allows control of the printer from a PC, Mac or tablet.
