Description
Robot mBot is designed for to studying programming. It is perfect for the youngest students, beginning their journey with robots and robot programming. In an intuitive mBlock program based on Scratch, you can not only program robots but also create games, animations and other programs. The kit is designed for use at school and individually. Communicates wirelessly using the supplied 2.4 GHz adapter.
Graphic environment mBlock
- Based on Scratch 2.0, developed by the MIT Media Lab, more than 7 million users worldwide.
- Has an easy to use interface.
- Communicates with the robots through a wireless connection or with a USB cable.
- Enables programming of the different drivers that are compatible with Arduino (Uno, Leonardo, Makerblock Orion, mCore, etc.).
- Generates code for Arduino based on a plan created with graphic boxes.
mBot electronics
- Driver is compatible with the Arduino Uno.
- Labeling of inputs/outputs of the controller facilitates the correct connection of the sensors and motors.
- The design of the connectors prevents a faulty connection.
- Has interchangeable communication modules 2.4 G and Bluetooth.
- Has two integrated LEDs, a buzzer, a transmitter and an IR receiver, light sensor and a button.
- Ability to connect analog and digital sensors.

Extending the set
Robot mBot can be extended with additional mechanical elements and electronic parts of the Makeblock system. You can also use Lego Technic and Mindstorms blocks. Mounting holes of the Makeblock system have the same raster and diameter, which facilitate their connection.
