Product description: 3D printer - ATMAT Saturn
3D printer bythe Polish company ATMAT, designed forindustrial printing oflarge-size models with dimensions of 1200 x 1000 x 1000mm.ATMATSaturnhas been closed in a sealedworkingchamber. The printer has adouble head with three extruders,allowing for printing in differentcolors or materials. The touch panelprovides intuitive navigation through the device interface.
The application of theDIRECT typeextruder in ATMAT Saturn allows to print from a wide range of filaments fromPLA, PET, ABS toflexiblematerials,rubber or plastics with admixtures of wood, metals or mineral additives.
Granite table with large working area
The device will meet the requirements of the industry without problems. ATMAT Saturn allows to create large-size structures with dimensions of1200 x 1000 x 1000 mm. The table has been equipped with a four-zoneheating system,which ensures the user that the whole table will be heated to the temperature set by him. The granite board has good adhesion properties and does not deform when printing even the largest models.

Efficient printing system
The printer has been equipped withtwo headsdesigned to create large scale projects. The first head is ahigh-performance head, usingtwo extruderswith a combined filament mixing tank. It allows for high printing speeds, processing up to0.5 kg per hour.The second head isan auxiliary head. It hasone extruder,which produces support structures or models requiring higher accuracy.

Intelligent control systems
The printer is equipped withintelligent control systemsthat allow for quick response to problems that arise. In case of power failure, the user canresume the printing process,which in case of prints lasting several days guarantees stability and uninterrupted production. The device is also equipped with a filament sensor, as well as automatic nozzle height calibration, semi-automatic table levelling, semi-automatic filament replacement and automatic XY levelling of the travel frame.

Heated working chamber
ATMAT Saturn has a thermoinsulated, heated working chamber. Thanks to the constant temperature, there is no processing shrinkage, so there is no layer separation, cracking or unsticking of the model from the table.

Filament cupboard with dehumidifiers
The printer has a specialfilament cabinetmounted, which holds 3 reels ofmaterial,each up to 10kg of weight.This solves long-lasting printing and continuity of work without the need to replace materials. The filaments are located incontainers with dehumidifiers,in order to absorb moisture from the air, which guarantees their unchanging properties.

Fulfils health and safety requirements.
The designmeets all the stricthealth and safetyrequirements. Compliance with occupational health and safety rules is met, among others, by: blocking the access to the printing chamber, during operation, traffic lights informing about the stages of the printer's work, specialized marking of dangerous elements, buttons enabling immediate stopping of the device. These properties make it aprofessional industrial machineadapted to use in production halls.
