A powerful projector
The LED light projector used in the Hunter DLP is a Flashforge proprietary design. The resolution of this component is as high as 1080 x 1920 pixels, so it meets the requirements of the FHD standard. The resin is cured using a light beam with a wavelength of 405 nm. The service life of the projector is estimated by the manufacturer at about 50 thousand hours of operation.

The system ensuring uniform intensity of light curing the resin
A unique feedback-based system controls the intensity of the light curing the resin by providing a constant light intensity of the LED. This allows for stable illumination, which is uniform over the entire print area. Thanks to this created models are characterized by a very high level of detail over their entire surface.

Precision linear guide
Flashforge Hunter uses high quality linear guides for the vertical movement of the print platform. This significantly improves print accuracy, enabling individual layer heights to be between 0 .025 and 0.2mm.

Innovative resin tank design
The resin tank is made entirely of aluminum. It is corrosion resistant. The FEP film on the bottom of the resin tank has high light transmission and a long life.

Non-leveling printing platform
The platform on which the prints are formed does not require a complicated calibration process. This reduces the time it takes to prepare the machine for printing.

Powerful motherboard
The Hunter DLP is equipped with an upgraded motherboard. A powerful 800 MHz dual-core processor ensures projection signal stability and fast printer performance.

System algorithms for improved print quality
The Gray algorithm used by Flashforge Hunter DLP enables excellent quality 3D models. Thanks to an advanced error compensation method, the surface of the printed objects is almost perfectly smooth.

The distortion correction algorithm, in turn, allows for greater dimensional accuracy of 3D prints. Finished models are an even more accurate representation of computer designs.

Support mode for jewellery printing
Hunter DLP has a support mode for printing jewelry and other accessories that require a high level of detail. It also works well for printing dental components. The printer allows you to create advanced supports necessary for these types of projects.

Intuitive menus
Flashforge Hunter DLP comes with a touch screen menu. Its layout is very clear and intuitive. This makes it easy to use, even for less experienced users.

Differences between FFF/FDM and DLP
The DLP printing technique produces more accurate prints with a very high level of detail . It is a technology mainly used in industries that require high-precision products, like the aforementioned production of jewelry or dental models.
