Description
The board is based on the INA219A or INA219B chip (no choice) is used to measure high voltage and DC through the I2C bus with the accuarcy up to 1%. Version A has ±1% of the total maximum current measurement error over the entire temperature range (max. ±0.5% at 25°C) and version B has ±0.5% of the total maximum current measurement error over the entire temperature range (max. ±0.3% at 25*C). Other than that, the general functionality of both versions is the same. It works with any available Feather board. The scheme supports the current up to 26 VDC, despite the powering of the 3.3 V. It will also report that the voltage is perfect for tracking battery life or solar panels' durability. The amplifier measures the voltage on the resistor of 0.1Ω, 1%. The maximum input differenceof the amplifier is +/- 320 mV, which means that it can measure current up to +/- 3.2 A. With a 12-bit ADC, resolution is 0.8 A.
